9. Service Agreement

Project Estimates

• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Estimates are based on information provided by the client
• Final pricing may vary based on site conditions and unforeseen circumstances

Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required to schedule project
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Accepted payment methods: Credit card, check, bank transfer
• Late payments may result in project suspension

Project Timeline

• Timelines are estimates and subject to change
• Weather, material availability, and unforeseen conditions may affect schedules
• We will notify you of any significant delays
• Client delays do not extend project completion dates

10. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before project start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before project start: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before project start: No refund
• Cancellations after project start: No refund, customer responsible for materials and labor

11. Warranty

The British Remodeler warrants all workmanship for a period of one (1) year from project completion. This warranty covers defects in installation only, not material defects or normal wear and tear.

Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and are not the responsibility of The British Remodeler. Customers should register products with manufacturers to ensure warranty coverage.

12. Liability Limitation

The British Remodeler's total liability for any claim arising from or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the project. In no event shall The British Remodeler be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
