Bathroom Remodeling

Bathrooms built to outlast the house.

Full remodels, tub-to-shower conversions and walk-in showers — waterproofed from the studs out, finished like it matters. Because it does.

What’s included

How it works

1. Conversation. You call or text, describe the bathroom and what’s wrong with it. I’ll ask the questions that matter — what’s behind the walls, how the shower drains, what the floor feels like.

2. Look and scope. I come out, take measurements, and put together a clear, itemized scope. You’ll know exactly what’s included and what it costs before anything starts.

3. Build. Demo, waterproofing, tile, fixtures — in that order, no skipped steps. I keep the site clean and keep you posted.

4. Walkthrough. We go through the finished bathroom together. If something isn’t right, it gets fixed.

Typical investment: a standard tile shower with Schluter waterproofing typically runs $3,000–$6,000 depending on size, tile choice and plumbing changes. Full bathroom remodels are quoted individually — every one is different, and I’d rather look at yours than guess.

Why waterproofing comes first

Most shower failures I get called to fix have nothing to do with the tile you can see. The membrane behind it was skipped, rushed, or done wrong — and by the time there’s a stain on the ceiling below, the damage is extensive. I’m Schluter-certified, and I build every shower as a waterproof system first and a pretty surface second.
