What’s included
- Drywall repair — patches, texture matching, and full refinishing of damaged walls.
- Caulking and sealant — tubs, showers, windows and trim, done cleanly.
- Fixture swaps — faucets, showerheads, toilets, lighting fixtures and hardware.
- Tile touch-ups — regrouts, resealing, and small tile repairs.
- Punch lists — the leftover items from a move-in, a sale, or someone else’s unfinished job.
- Odd jobs — if it needs doing properly and nobody else will take it on, ask.
Small jobs, same standard
A lot of contractors won’t return your call for a half-day job. I will — and it gets the same care as a full remodel. The caulk line is straight, the drywall patch disappears, and the fixture works the first time. Small doesn’t mean sloppy.
How it works
1. Text me the list. Photos help enormously — snap the drywall hole, the dripping faucet, the cracked caulk and send them over.
2. Straight price. I’ll quote the job before I come out, so there are no surprises.
3. Done in one visit. Most handyman work is finished in a single trip, site left clean.
